Start by submitting a simple application highlighting your skills, areas of interest, and career aspirations. We’re looking for talented students who are ready to make an impact and grow professionally.

Once accepted, you’ll be paired with students from other disciplines to form a core project team (typically product, design, engineering) and matched to an innovative startup in the RTP area. Matches are made based on your skills, career goals, and the projects companies are working on.

As a cohort member, you’re not just joining a program—you’re joining a community. Throughout the duration of the program, you’ll connect with fellow Listers through:
